Preventing recovery

I can gain access to a particular steam account, but if I change password and e-mail, the person will probably recover it eventually. Is there anything I can do to prevent it?

I would love to know this trick too....My guess is that most people who hack accounts pray that the owners (actual) dont have proof of purchase, because they NEED it to recover accounts from what I have heard

However, there is probably a way to do it...Help any1?

I do know there is a registry file that prevents steam from disabling users for logging into multiple accounts...thats something you should look out for too.

Well, they can recover w/ receipt/Purchase ID, etc. CD-key.
