Steam Content Management System (SCMS) is an easy way to download the latest games which use GCF/NCF filesystem.
Features
How to use it
First, go to http://zerocrackingpoint.ws/scms/
Here you see the latest mirrors added for those specific games which are listed in the index page.
To search for the game you want to download it's filesystem (GCF/NCF), click on Application Entries.
Here you can see the applications (games/tools/media) which are available on the Steam network.
To search for a content, in the Search box, enter your desired game, and then click on Search.
In this example I have chosen Garry's Mod. Here you can see all the items which have the similar name. In this case, there is only one for Garry's Mod. Now click on the game you want to download it's content.
Here you can see what files the specific game uses. You can see informations like Application Name, Application ID and Filesystem Entries (the files which the specific game uses).
Now let's click on the file content you want to download.
In this example, I've clicked on Garrys Mod Content.gcf. Here you can see the Cache (filesystem name), Application ID (for that specific filesystem) and Latest Version (which is the latest version on the Steam Network).
And you also see that there is a Mirrors section on the page. There you can download the games from mirror sites. It could have many mirrors. Now click on the Show link on the specific Mirror number (Mirror 1 in this example)
In this Mirror Info page, you can see when the mirror was added, if it was reported or not, version number of the mirror content (GCF/NCF version), password of the archive mirror (if any), and the link(s) of the mirror. It can have one link if it's a whole archive, or it can have more links if it's archived into parts.
Now just copy the link from the Links section, and paste it in your browsers address bar:
You can now download the files easily by using SCMS.
